Yes! The Multi-Purpose Ice Pack was designed to fit in most areas around the body such as the hamstring, calf/lower leg. For areas such as shoulder and back, these will require a specific design which are coming soon. Let us know(Link to contact us page) if you are interested in these other designs.

Each Multi-Purpose Ice Pack delivery will include an Instructions For Use (IFU). This has detailed instructions on how to use the Ice Packs. If you have misplaced this, you can also find it here.

If you choose express shipping you should receive your package within 2 business days. If you choose standard delivery, you should receive your package within 5 business days. If you qualify for free shipping this will always be express!

Currently there is a one size fits most brace size, however we offer two sizes of ice/heat pack, the 9-Inch or 11-Inch, depending on the size of your anatomy. If this size doesn’t suit you, please let us know.

Our Multi-Purpose Ice Pack will stay cold for approximately 2-4 hours, however this can vary depending on ambient temperature and other natural conditions. You can read the IFU for more information regarding this.
